Summary
Without dreaming, is it possible to understand the unconscious, deeper layers of consciousness?
As long as the observer is different from the thing observed, conflict and distortion are inevitable.
Observing oneself is only possible in relationship, not theoretically.
Our lives are a series of conflicts and struggles; we are never peaceful.
Must the mind always live in the past?
Can the mind, so heavily conditioned, free itself?
