Why am I violent? What is the nature of violence?

How will you understand anger if you do not look at it objectively, neither condemning nor justifying?
Are you really interested in understanding anger?
We don’t know how to look at anger, so we have to learn. To learn we have to study why we justify and condemn.
I cannot tell you, ‘Don’t be violent’—it has no meaning unless you yourself want it.
